Mediation vs the legal costs and time frames
1. The legal costs for a specialist will start at $395.00 per hour ex GST
2. The Legal process and court appearances will take around two tears depending on the orders that are sort,
- Mediation on the other hand will start at $180.00 ex tax per hour,
- The process will take around 3-6 months depending on the documentation, , information etc, which will be required under the law of full disclosure for the negotiation and Agreements.
- The Agreements are prepared in a way that should you need them to be legally binding by the courts are provided in a form to minimise additional legal and court costs

Mediation with both parties attending, unless exemptions apply (risk/harm).
Costs will vary for half-day, full-day, and lawyer-assisted mediation with lawyers present.

- Full day (6 hours)
- Shuttle mediation attracts higher fees due to the additional time and room hire
Final: AGREEMENT WRITING – Follow-up conference mediation (if required)
